All content on Zionism.com, including the original graphic novel Zion and its associated artwork, illustrations, characters, narratives, world-building, and written content (collectively, the “Core Works”), as well as related designs and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zion Publishing LLC, unless otherwise stated.

Human-Created Core Works Statement

The Core Works, including the Zion graphic novel and the Zion narrative universe, are human-created original works.

They are authored, illustrated, and developed by human creators. No generative artificial intelligence system is used as a substitute for human authorship or creative ownership of the Core Works.

Certain non-core elements of the Site (such as layout, presentation, or supplementary visuals) may involve AI-assisted tools; however, such use does not apply to or diminish the human authorship, originality, or legal protection of the Core Works.

Scope of Intellectual Property

The intellectual property protected under this notice includes, but is not limited to:

The Zion graphic novel and all excerpts
Original illustrations and artwork forming part of the Core Works
Characters, character names, and likenesses
Storylines, narratives, dialogue, and world-building
The Zion universe and any future expansions
Logos, marks, branding, and distinctive visual identity

This protection applies whether the Core Works appear in published, unpublished, digital, printed, or preview form.

Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Zion Publishing LLC, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Core Works
Create derivative works based on the Core Works
Use the Core Works for commercial purposes
Train, fine-tune, or input the Core Works into artificial intelligence or machine-learning models
Scrape, archive, or dataset the Core Works for automated systems
Publish or display the Core Works outside this Site

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.

Limited Use with Attribution (Editorial & Press)

Limited use of short excerpts or images from the Core Works may be permitted for editorial, review, or commentary purposes only if all of the following conditions are met:

Proper attribution is clearly provided
A direct link to https://www.zionism.com is included
The use does not distort, misrepresent, or imply endorsement
The use does not involve AI training or dataset inclusion

Any use beyond brief quotation or preview requires prior written permission.
