ZION currently sells physical goods, including printed comic books and related merchandise. All products offered for preorder are subject to availability and production timelines.

2. Preorders & Payment

Some products offered on our site are sold as preorders.

  • Payment is charged at checkout at the time your order is placed.
  • Shipping dates for preorders will be announced at a later time.
  • All release and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment may occur at a later date.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Before Fulfillment

  • Refunds are allowed at any time before your order has shipped.

After Fulfillment

  • All sales are final once an order has shipped.
  • We do not offer refunds after fulfillment.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review your claim.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping locations and carriers will be determined closer to fulfillment.
  • We ship internationally.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Publishing and fulfillment timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to printing delays, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier issues, or acts of God.

In the event of a significant delay:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates.
  • Customers may request a refund prior to fulfillment.

ZION is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be collected at checkout where required by law. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by their local authorities.
